Went there once and got everything I wanted. Okay, the prices are a little higher, but it's possible with the Hagebau customer card.

We bought a kitchen worktop and received very friendly and, above all, competent advice. The employee took his time and was also very friendly. A subsequent reservation for a sprinter also worked perfectly. Good hardware store with friendly staff.
